Subscription Terms & Disclaimer

 

The ForwardSelling digital tool suite is offered by Sales Homie LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

 

Billing and Payment. Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis at $79.00 per month, or on an annual basis at $970.00 per year (equivalent to two months free). Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected — until cancelled. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Sales Homie LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.

 

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@saleshomie.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the tool suite through the date your current paid period expires. Sales Homie LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at its discretion.

 

No Refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused access, or early cancellation of an annual plan. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

Tool Access and Updates. Your subscription provides access to the full ForwardSelling tool suite as it exists at the time of your subscription and as it is updated over time. Sales Homie LLC may add new tools, update existing tools, or modify tool features at any time. Active subscribers will receive access to new tools and updates at no additional charge under their current plan. Sales Homie LLC reserves the right to introduce separate pricing tiers for future product lines or offerings distinct from the current suite.

 

No Professional Advice. The tools, templates, frameworks, and content provided through the ForwardSelling suite are intended for general business and sales education purposes only. Nothing contained within the tool suite constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or professional consulting advice. Results will vary based on individual business circumstances, and Sales Homie LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes from use of the tools.

 

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sales Homie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ForwardSelling tool suite. Sales Homie LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your subscription shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

 

Changes to These Terms. Sales Homie LLC reserves the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the tool suite after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
